We are seeking a detail-oriented and thoughtful Product Testing and Reviews Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing a wide range of products and providing honest, actionable feedback that directly contributes to product development and marketing strategies.

This is a fully remote position, and we welcome applicants based in Europe who are comfortable working independently and producing high-quality, insightful reviews.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Test various physical or digital products in real-world conditions and document performance
• Write thorough, unbiased, and easy-to-understand product reviews for a broad audience
• Work closely with the product team to offer suggestions and insights for improvement
• Work closely with teams across departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Help create product guides, FAQs, and user-focused content
• Monitor consumer feedback and industry trends to identify improvement opportunities

 

Requirements

• Sharp attention to detail and a critical eye for product functionality and user experience
• Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and objectively
• Prior experience in product testing or technical writing is a plus, but not required
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Reliable access to relevant tools or devices for testing (based on product category)
